Fantastic bit of kit, I use it every day.

Strap it on, pick a heat and get on with your evening: the telly, a book, a cup of tea. No getting up to refill the bottle or reheat the bag. After 10 minutes it switches itself off and you carry on.
Heat that stays where you put it.
A hot water bottle or a wheat bag does the job until it slides off or goes cold. The Stay Put shell is shaped to the front of the knee, strapped on, and holds the temperature you pick for the whole session.
Four temperatures. Start low.
Each press of the heat button moves up a level. Most people start at 45°C for the first few sessions and work up from there.
The heat does most of the work. The vibration is gentle, a steady hum rather than a deep tissue massage. Start on the lowest heat and go up if it feels right. Each session runs for about 10 minutes, then it switches itself off.
Do not use it on broken or numb skin, or while asleep. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, diabetes or reduced feeling in your legs, check with your doctor first.
How long is a session?
About 10 minutes. It switches itself off after that. Start on the lowest heat, 45°C, and go up if it feels right.
Will it fit a bigger leg?
The strap is adjustable and wraps behind the knee. If you are unsure about your size, email support@marvreco.com before you order and we will check for you.
How long does it take to charge?
About 2 to 3 hours by USB. Then it runs with no cable attached.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery to Ireland takes 9-16 business days after that, tracked the whole way, and An Post brings it to your door. Your tracking number is emailed when it ships.
Will I pay anything when it arrives?
No. VAT is included in the price for Ireland and the rest of the EU, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Can I change my mind?
In the EU you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send the return address.
