Resolving a complaint If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@marvreco.com — most issues are sorted out directly and quickly this way. If a dispute can't be resolved between us, Irish and EU consumers may be able to bring eligible claims through Ireland's Small Claims Procedure, or otherwise through the Irish courts as set out above.
