Cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Unused and in the original box, and email us first.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery to Ireland takes 9-16 business days after that, tracked the whole way, and An Post brings it to your door. Your tracking number is emailed when it ships.
Will I pay anything when it arrives?
No. VAT is included in the price for Ireland and the rest of the EU, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to post anything back.
Can I change my mind?
In the EU you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send the return address.
Where do orders ship from?
From our supplier's warehouse, straight to your door. We are an online shop, so there's no physical store to visit.
Are the electrical products certified?
Yes. The heated and electrical products in the range are CE certified.
